Bad Images

This is what I find most disturbing. We have praised and glorified the images that present young black men as dope-addicted, violent, and degenerate, but becuase they are given awards to promote this stereotype we think it is a good thing, all the time teaching our young black youth that because of their "success" that these are the role-models that they should follow. When, in fact, absent from the stage those that follow wind up addicted, in jail or dead
