Here's the problem I have with the DOWNPLAY of the "Black Lives Matter" Slogan with "All Live Matter" You miss the point because you fail to see why the BLM Campaign started in the first place. It is in this country of America, that Blacks have been treated like dogs since the days of slavery. Whites have not been subject to Slavery, Jim Crow laws, Lynchings, Police violence and brutality, false accusations and imprisonment..., the list goes on. It appears that those who say... "All Lives matter" have been the perpetrators of the snubbing out of Black lives. How many times have white young men been gunned down because the police perceived violence "because" of their skin color. How many rimes have white youth disappeared in the woods because they talked back to the police, or because they were "Uppity"??? How is that Black men can fight for this country in all of the major Wars, many sacrificing their lives or returning only to come home and be denied basic citizens rights like housing or jobs??? MR. Trump and others of you that have played down the BML theme as some senseless cliche' and try to categorize every person the same when, in fact all have not been treated the same, OR DIED THE SAME. When In fact, Black lives were considered no more important that a bug to be squashed under foot and move on. The BLM theme has come about because in America they never have. Suddenly, you want to say "All Lives Matter". No one is denying that. But other lives have not been expendable or apparently worthless as Black Lives have. Why are there protest? Why are there March and Boycotts? Because of VICTIMS. Before you criticize or down play the theme consider why it has come forth in the first place and the VICTIMS by whom the theme is come. Yes all lives matter, but it is Black lives that seem to be shorten more frequently by the American system
