Black on Black Crime

May I address an issue: Black on Black Crime. Most "Black on Black" crime is commited in the lower income bracket, but here are some interesting notes. Before WW II in Warsaw there was an increase in crime in the Warsaw ghetto and during the Irish revolutions crime increased, hence making them "White on White" crimes. Further, in America there is more "White on White" crime than Black on Black (didn't know that, did you?). I will venture to say that most Black on Black is for the same reasons that there was/is White on White. Low income, ghettos, poverty, & despair among the people. So I ask you, is Black on Black crime historically any different than any other ethnic group under the same circumstances, or is there a lot mythology involved?
