The Status of the 21st Century Church

This 21st century church is far from the true foundations of Christian principle. They were first called Christian in the 1st century because they were, "like Christ". Their ethics, lifestyle, holy living were a reflection of Christ being the center of their lives. Can we say that today about the lying, cursing, drunken, lustful, homosexual, greedy, leaders of the churches today? If Apostle Paul, John, Peter or even Jesus were to visit this 21st century church would they recognize it? What would they say? Do we really love our neighbor as we love ourselves or do we just love ourselves?. Herein is the problem. We have a form of godliness, but we're denying the power thereof (II Timothy 3:5) We have religion but we don't know Jesus! We are not committed. We serve out of convenience but not out of necessity. We have not made Christ the priority of our lives. The reality is we are going to be eternally lost because if our present state of mind. That's right! The state of the current mind-set of the church is going to Hell, the current message and taking us to Hell, the state of compromising the gospel is taking us to Hell; lead by the cussing preachers, the greedy preachers, the compromising motivational speakers, the gay & lesbian leaders and all those that deny that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, the only hope of mankind. Don't just get religion, get to know Jesus! How long is forever???
