The World is Turining Upside Down. We need to Turn to Christ

Watching the news can be depressing when I see all of the chaos that is in this world. From rioting incities, to the Eboloa outbreak, to Wars and conflicts all over the world. Jesus told us these things would happen and said that these are the beginning so sorrows. The sad thing is that the Christians in America seem unconcerned; more concerned about looking good and calling themselves blessed because of the things they possess or the wealth they've gained. Jesus warned us that am man's life consist not in the abundance of things that he possesses.

Many Christians in Iraq are being killed, even children because of the move of radical Islam in the form of such groups as Isis. Hamas has made war on Israel while many ignorant Christians, being persuaded by the biased media are faulting Israel for defending it's people against the aggression. Yet. I find it interesting that God continues to protect Israel against Hamas that has acted cowardly by using the Palestinian women and children as human shields. God help us!!!

In St. Louis the tragedy of a young man's shooting at the hands of police has reminded many of we as a black people of such injustices from the past and opens the wounds again. If ever there was a time when we need to point people to Jesus as the solution for this world's ill, this is that time. It is not about religion. Many of the atrocities are religious based. It's about knowing Jesus the creator as a personal savior; as the true and living God. He gives real peace. He heals in inner wounds and scars that many of us bear from the pain of this world.

I believe the headlines are biblical prophecy being fulfilled right before our eyes. Jesus is soon to return. Franklin Graham, son of the great Evangelist Billy Graham says you need to keep a bible and one hand and a newspaper in the other. You will see that they are almost parallel. Time is winding up!!! The end of all things is at hand!!! The signs are pointing to the Rapture of the church of God which is in Christ. NOT A RELIGION! NOT A DENOMINATION!!! But those who know Jesus in the pardon of their sins.
